In-Person Travel Fee Policy

 

Effective Date: September 13, 2026

 

To continue providing in-person services while maintaining fair and transparent pricing, an additional travel fee will apply to scheduled engagements that require travel outside of our standard service area.

Travel fees are based on the distance traveled, travel time, geographic region, and current transportation costs. Because fuel, transportation, lodging, and other travel-related expenses fluctuate, travel fees may be periodically reviewed and adjusted.

East Coast Travel:
 

Travel fees start at $100, based on distance and travel time.

 

Central & West Region Travel:
Travel fees start at $250 and may include additional transportation and lodging when required.

 

Will Include (If Applicable):
Airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and applicable travel expenses will be billed.

​

Travel fees are based on current transportation and lodging costs and may be adjusted periodically to reflect changes in fuel, mileage, and travel expenses.

A final travel quote will be provided and approved before booking.
