To participate in Childcare Educational Services courses, you must have access to a computer, an email account, and be able to view PDF files.

After purchasing a course, you will receive a payment and confirmation receipt by email, and instructions on how to prepare for the course will be emailed the night before the class.  The final exam is administered online. Course Access & Login Policy

All course access and instructions are sent via email to the address provided during enrollment. If you do not see your access email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you experience difficulties logging into your account, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your credentials.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you experience difficulties logging into the scheduled webinar course, please try the following steps:

-Make sure your using the supported web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).

-Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

-If you are still unable to get access, contact Trainer Central for troubleshooting at +1 213 524 1969.

The trainer will not take calls once the class has begun. You may contact the trainer once the class is done for further instructions if you miss the class, contact info@childcareedu.com or (252) 375 4664.

If You Didn't Receive Access To The Course

-Make sure you check your spam folder in your email inboxes

-Make sure your initial payment for the course went through

Grading Policy 

The grading policy is listed in each course workbook.   You are given two chances to pass the knowledge assessment.  If you do not pass the knowledge assessment after two chances, you will not receive a certificate.

 

Refunds/Cancellations

Certificate

Upon successful completion of each course, learners' official certificate is automatically generated to be viewed, downloaded, or printed anytime by logging into your TrainerCentral learner dashboard. Your credentials remain securely stored in your account.

(In some cases, a state may require its own certificates to be filled out and sent out to students.)

Academic dishonesty/integrity

Academic dishonesty is any type of cheating that occurs, including Plagiarism, fabrication, cheating, and sabotage.  Childcare Educational Services staff and all participants are required to respect the integrity of one another’s work and recognize the importance of the goal to educate all participants.

 

Privacy/Security Policies

Childcare Educational Services, LLC will only release student information, including information regarding the passing or failing of courses or certificate status, to the student and state authorities as requested. The student can email a request to authorize the release of information about their grade, certificate, and to whom the information is to be released, along with your signature, to info@childcareedu.com.

All information submitted is considered confidential in nature and will not be disclosed to anyone except under a subpoena in a court of law. The customer’s contact information is used for communicating with our customers on order-related issues.
