To participate in Childcare Educational Services courses, you must have access to a computer, a printer, an email account and be able to view PDF files.

After purchase of a course you will receive a payment receipt by email, a confirmation email with instructions for workbook and final exam will be emailed next.  The final exam is administered online, enter answers, after completion you will receive results and be able to download certificate.  Please download, save and print certificate.   For assistance contact: 252 375-4664 or info@childcareedu.com.

Grading Policy

The grading policy is listed in each course workbook.   You are given 2 chances to pass the knowledge assessment.  If you do not past the knowledge assessment after 2 chances you will not receive a certificate.

 

Refunds/Cancellations

Academic dishonesty/integrity

Academic dishonesty is any type of cheating that occurs including Plagiarism, fabrication, cheating, and sabotage.  Childcare Educational Services staff and all participants are required to respect the integrity of one another’s work and recognize the importance of the goal to educate all participants.

 

Privacy/Security Policies

Childcare Educational Services, LLC will only release student information, including information regarding the passing or failing of courses or of certificate status, to the student and state authorities as requested. The student can email a request to authorize release of information about their grade, certificate and  to whom the information is to be release to along with your signature to info@childcareedu.com.

All information submitted is considered confidential in nature and will not be disclosed to anyone except under a subpoena in a court of law. The customer’s contact information is used for communicating with our customers on order related issues.
